Careful selection of different parcels under the supervision of our oenologist Vicente Ramos Torres. Vineyards are located at an altitude of 850m above sea level. Poor, sandy loam soil. Yield of 2kg per vine.

90% Bobal - 3% Syrah - 7% Cabernet Sauvignon

Vintage and climate

Winter cold and dry. Spring cold. Summer wet.


Fermentation in concrete tanks. Total fermentation and maceration of 21 to 30 days. 4 months of oak aging.
