Careful selection of different parcels under the supervision of our oenologist Vicente Ramos Torres. Vineyards are located at an altitude of 850m above sea level. Poor, sandy loam soil. Yield of 2kg per vine.

78% Bobal - 10% Cabernet - 12% Syrah

Vintage and climate

Winter cold and wet. Spring rainy. Summer dry and hot with significant contrast in temperature between day and night.


Fermentation in concrete tanks. Total fermentation and maceration of 21 to 30 days.
